APEXi Power FC Adapter Kit (89-91 RX-7)

Harness Adapter will fit all S5 ('89 - '91) Mazda RX-7 Turbo II's.

This Harness Adapter Kit will allow you to install the FD3s APEXi Power FC (NOT included in kit) into your Series 5 FC3s without modifying your Engine or Dash Harnesses at the ECU.

 If you do not have access to a Datalogit, you can send us your Power FC and we will load the map for you. Just pay return shipping.

*The APEXi Power FC is NOT included in kit 

The kit comes complete with the FD3s Intake Air Temp (IAT) & 3-Bar Map Sensors and Harness Adapters. We use the Original Equipment Manufacture (OEM) connectors, plugs and contacts, which allow the harnesses to easily plug into position. 

Additionally, we will supply a base map, allowing you to safely start your car and drive to your tuner. The map will be set up with a basic program to suit your engine set-up per your supplied parameters. However, this is only a basic map and as with all engine management systems, additional tuning will be necessary, due to the fact that all engines are different. 

NOTE: For customers running Low Impedence Injectors, we will solder up to four resistors into the PFC Harness Adapter for a $20 additional fee.  Please include injector sizes when submitting payment.

The Power FC is a complete, stand alone, total engine management system capable of handling virtually anything thrown in its path. From multiple point fuel and ignition control to boost settings, the Power FC is capable of accommodating even the most demanding performance enthusiasts.

The Power FC replaces the factory ECU and controls all vital engine parameters (Off road use only, no OBD-II). Installation is as easy as replacing the factory ECU. (Some minor rewiring is required on select vehicles). The factory engine harness does not need to be replaced and all critical accessories such as air conditioning continue to function. By using the FC Commander, the user can adjust and modify a wide range of settings. Since there is no need to upgrade ROM chips or modify ECU’s, the factory ECU can be kept by the original user.
