These FD aluminum pulleys are designed with a unique blend of performance and reliability. They are made from the highest quality 6061 aluminum billet. Aluminum pulley conversions are proven to produce maximum power gains with the performance benefits of weight reduction, which you wouldn’t receive from factory parts.
OEM pulleys weigh 3lb 7.5oz, these aluminum pulleys weigh 1lb. 15oz.

This billet aluminum three piece pulley kit has underdrive main pulley, with stock diameter water pump and alternator pulleys. The kit is designed specifically for cars that have Removed both A/C & Power Steering.
When the smog pump is removed it is highly recommended that an Idler Pulley be installed to prevent the water pump pulley from slipping under load. Additionally, over tightening of the alternator/water pump belt has been known to cause internal stationary gear bearing damage.
The FD Idler Kit is CNC machined and is truly bolt on. We include all necessary stainless steel hardware.
If you have a large single turbo verify that you have clearance for installation next to the thermostat housing.
This billet aluminum underdrive main pulley is designed specifically for cars that have Removed both A/C and Power Steering.

Parasitic drag decreases performance. By installing GReddy’s lightweight, blue anodized Duralumin Pulleys for the water pump and alternator, power loses can be kept to a minimum. Ideal for tuned engines, these kits look good and perform well.
Installation of kit allows for the removal of the smog pump. Belt is included in kit.
