Project Efini Engine Rebuild
In Spring '06, we decided to rebuild our 13B-REW engine with some new components and a more aggressive Streetport. We photographically documented the build, including pictures of some of the new components.
Below are photographs of the engine plates and rotor housings taken after Streetporting and painting with High Heat Ceramic Engine Paint.

We installed new Rotor Housings, RX-8 Renesis Hardened Stationary Gears & Bearings and a new Oil Pan. For additional reinforcement, we installed the Gotham Racing Oil Pan Brace with the Moroso Stud Kit. We also used RWS 2mm Super Apex Seals, which are specifically geared toward higher boost turbo cars.
